Infinite Worth gives your center access to 400 licensed nurse minutes for $200 per month. If you need more, additional nurse minutes are billed at just $1 per minute.

Note: Currently, Infinite Worth requires that they also use HopeSync, which has its only annual cost associate with it.

Nurse a Minute?

A nurse minute is a transparent way to measure the nurse time actually spent working with your clients.

Included

Direct chat time

Time a nurse spends actively viewing and responding to the client.

Included

Review and follow-up

Time needed to review context, ensure appropriate answers, and support continuity of care for that client only.

Not Included

Time Between Replies

Time when nurses are working with other clients does not count. Time to reply has nothing to do with billing.

What If We Have More Than One Clinic?

All of your clinics are under the same account; all minutes are calculated together and will be reflected on your account.

There is not an annual subscription fee. All subscriptions are month to month.

Infinite Worth charges a $500 onboarding fee. This includes 2 – 1 hour sessions to help your systems get connected – script approvals, scheduling, etc.

Base price is $200 per month, which includes up to 400 nurse minutes.
Per nurse minute after 400 is $1 per minute.
Usage scales the need.
Nurses do not wait for responses, they move onto other waiting chats. They are in each chat a very short amount of time because they have other clients to attend to. It would count if they just sat there looking at the chat, but in practice, that never happens. There are too many active clients for this to even be a possibility.
A cap cannot be set on your account usage; your center will be able to pause the live nurse chat in order to manage the time usage.
Yes, your center can cover some of the chats; we teach you how to do this when you onboard and we share our best practices for this with you.
