Dr. Woodward has been a member of True Care’s Advisory Council for many years as well as a passionate supporter of this ministry. He is a Casper Family Physician. We are blessed to have him as our Medical Director.
With 17 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Jessica’s visionary mindset and leadership experience are a perfect fit for True Care! She is a self-labeled “Data Geek” with a love for building relationships and envisioning possibility. Most importantly, she is passionate about the mission of True Care. Jessica and her husband have 4 children and have been foster parents for many years. They are members of Boyd Avenue Baptist Church where they have served for 19 years.
Cheryl Flores is a registered nurse with 28 years of experience and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming. She has served as the Director of Patient Resources at True Care since 2012, where she leads efforts to connect patients with essential medical, social, and community resources. Cheryl is passionate about walking alongside women and families, helping them navigate complex systems such as Medicaid and other support services with clarity and confidence. With nearly 20 years of experience in resource coordination, she is committed to ensuring every patient feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their journey. She considers it a privilege to serve others with compassion and care, reflecting the mission and heart of True Care in every interaction.
Tori is a compassionate follower of Jesus, a wife, momma, and registered nurse. She grew up in Glenrock, and moved to Casper in high-school. She attended Casper College’s nursing program and recently moved back to Wyoming in 2022. Soon after, she started volunteering at True Care as a Baby & Me advocate. She took the position as Director of Education in January 2024. She is passionate about the ministry and mission of True Care and the personal impact it has had on her life as an adoptive momma. Currently she attends Highland Park Community Church where serves in children’s ministry and leads a home group.
Lilly has served as True Care’s Director of Advancement since 2005, leading the organization’s outreach and fundraising efforts. She coordinates monthly tours of the Center, manages donor communications and fundraising initiatives, and oversees a committed team of volunteers. In addition to her role at True Care, Lilly previously served on the board of Casper Youth for Christ and owned and operated her own business from 1995 to 2004.
LeAnnette started volunteering at True Care as an Advocate in the Baby and Me Program in 2012. In 2015 she joined the staff as the Assistant to the Director of Advancement. She is often found making thank you calls or assisting with financial projects but is a woman of many talents and also works with patients as a receptionist.
Our nurse manager, Sally, has been with True Care since 2007. She is both a registered nurse and a registered diagnostic medical sonographer. Sally has a passion for her work at True Care. She enjoys mentoring and training our medical staff as well as helping our patients find the strength, hope and support they need to walk into their futures with confidence.
Megan joined our team in the spring of 2019 and received her training in limited obstetrical ultrasound later that year.
Erin has been involved with True Care since 1998 as a board member, volunteer patient advocate, volunteer nurse, and First Aid/CPR trainer. She joined the paid staff in November 2021 and completed training in limited obstetrical ultrasound in 2022. Erin is passionate about the mission of True Care and is excited to use her knowledge and skills to help erase the perceived need for abortion in our community.
Amber started working for True Care in 2010 as a staff nurse. Amber has been trained in limited obstetrical ultrasound. She also has her certification as a lactation counselor. On the side she has worked as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Midwife at her own business delivering babies at home and providing health services to women since 2017.
Katie began her passion for True Care as a volunteer advocate in 2010 – 2011. She was excited to return as a staff member in the same role last year: Patient Advocate. She has now taken on the Director of Operations role. Katie’s kind and calming presence is a perfect fit for her role as a listener and source of encouragement for our patients and our staff.
Nicole was born and raised in New York and relocated to Casper, Wyoming in 2022. She enjoys spending time in nature and reading. Nicole is passionate about supporting women and is proud to be part of the True Care team.
Patty moved to Casper in 2019 and joined True Care as a Patient Advocate in the spring of 2023. She and her husband, Mike, attend Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church where she heads the Welcome Team and is involved in the Women’s Ministry. Patty is passionate about showing God’s love to pregnant women and their families.
Megan first began volunteering at True Care in 2019. She accepted a position as receptionist in 2023. Megan and her husband, Art, have 6 grown children and numerous grandchildren. She loves engaging in this special ministry and being blessed to meet the women and their guests as they come into True Care seeking help and hope.
Delaney was born in Casper, WY, where she was homeschooled and grew up with a love for horses and traveling. Her favorite thing is spending time with her family and close friends. Delaney serves as both a Receptionist and Patient Advocate at True Care, where she welcomes clients with compassion and supports them with care throughout their visit. She is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful environment and is passionate about walking alongside women and families as they navigate important decisions.
Erin Danford is a scheduler and Mom and Baby Advocate. She is a devoted wife to Pastor Bob Danford, proud mom of five, and loving Mimi to four precious littles. She finds joy in knitting, crafting, and creating beautiful things that bless those around her. Erin has a heart for ministry, faithfully leading women’s Bible studies and walking alongside other women in their faith journeys. Passionate about encouraging and equipping moms, she delights in helping women grow in confidence, community, and Christ-centered purpose.
Amy is a single mom to four amazing kiddos. Her family moved to Wyoming nine years ago after living overseas in Ecuador for six years. She has her Master’s degree in Pediatric Occupational Therapy, but for the past 12 years she has been working as a professional photographer. She helps lead ministries for single moms, where she can encourage them and connect them to local resources. She enjoys using her talents and creativity in the communications position here at True Care. Capturing photos of the moms, babies, and families who have come to True Care for help and support brings her the most JOY… BOTH of her favorite jobs coming together!
